Question regarding cancelation and refund for credit card ending with 4650. The amount of $35.13 was charged twice to my account.
Please advise. I only wanted an one time usage of your product nothing more.

I would like to cancel my subscription for i*information
I received a charge for I*INFORMATION.COM Tampa FL on my SAPPHIRE CREDIT.
The first charge was for $1.00 on June 25, 2025.
The next charge was for $29.99 on July 25, 2025.
The third charge was for $29.99 on August 25, 2025.
I dont would like my money refunded and my Subscription cancelled immediately!
I dont have an Order or Contract ID!

2 charges on June 25th. $6.99 and $35.13.
These were not ordered or authorized by me. A charge for $1.00 is the only valid one. They are pending on my bank and I want them voided.

I agreed to $1.00 charge last Thursday ,but NOT to the $3.99 and $35.13 charge. Please remove those last larger charges or I will report you to fraud and abuse dept.
