Im just trying to find an a particular obituary or information on a particular death. Many sponsored sites to choose from and though Id start there, for ease of site navigation.
Information.com made it very clear, that their service is free. Im not sheltered, or ignorant, obviously a business is there to generate a profit, providing financial gain and hopefully some security for the business principles and their employees. What I expected, was an obit search for free, and probably not a particularly complete one (when fre, one needs be satisfied with what is given) and then have the feed bag if all the other info Im potentially missing out on, but can obtain, in shear moments, for some nominally low and probably reasonable sum. Which, with a curiosity peaked by the free part, had I got it, I may have purchased.
Im laying in a hospital bed, for a few days. What else is there to do, but read reports? But nothing, not one thing was free. Am I to trust, information as being accurate, true complete and concise, if the company that is providing the data has zero interest in even having a corporate image of integrity?
Odds are, Id have clicked on and used information.com, and paid, without the initial subterfuge. Now, I need waste my time alerting other potential users, and use my time obtaining what I need through other channels.
My guess is that all there sites are run by the same entity, sort of like a Vital Statistics *** Hub. Back to navigating the government state and count sitessigh

I, or someone, used a 7-day trial (I think), and the company claims that he/she/they never requested to stop or withdraw. Since I knew nothing about this transaction until I noticed it while reviewing my bank account transactions, the company was willing to stop and withdraw, and then agreed to refund all charges.
I have a confirmation number but cannot confirm they followed through for another 1-5 days.
So I have promises to correct but cannot confirm their follow-through for another 5 days. Hopefully, they will follow through with their promised corrections.

I started the 7-day trial for $0.99. I immediately canceled the service when it failed to give correct information.
And they still charged my virtual credit card on file even though you can't lock your virtual credit card. I received emails saying it was all canceled and I still got charged once I unlocked my card 5 days later to make an in-store purchase with my actual physical credit card.
Wish I could send screenshots, but unfortunately, that's not an option. ???

I was looking for information on someone and it said 99 cents so I'm like okay I can handle that. Next thing I know I'm getting a bank fraud alert on my phone for $35 and an additional $16 and it said nothing of that kind otherwise I would not have done this.
I sent an email just a few moments ago and I know it won't get to them until Monday so therefore they need to do better advertisements to see how much it really cost. So now I have to wait until Monday to get results.

I canceled my subscription 1-15-26 and was told I could use it until February 15th before cancelling.
Each time I tried to use the subscription it was charging me for use. I called helpline again and was told to reset my password.
Each time I attempted to change my password the page flipped too quickly to set up a search, not allowing me time to reset my password.
I called helpline yet again, and was told to send this email to technical support because she was unable to do it on her end.
Any help you can provide will be appreciated especially if it's before February 15th. Thank you for your help Heidi Bailey
